Gluten free flour blend (tigernut, almond), organic steam refined coconut oil, organic panela (unrefined sugar), filtered water, cinnamon, cream of tartar, baking soda, pink sea salt

Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet(s) with parchment paper for best results. Scoop heaping tablespoon of dough, press together into a ball, press down slightly, (IF your dough is super soft/sticky, FREEZE ball(s) for about 8-10 minutes).

Leave about 1 1/2 inches between each piece and bake for approximately 9-11 minutes. Let cool completely before enjoying!
